Kickin up our steaks

If you add equal parts of......

Gorgonzola cheese
and softened butter

And you mix it very well... add a little salt.... a little pepper.... and a little garlic powder then you come up with a perfect addition for a grilled steak!

This mixture melted after sitting on the steak for a minute or so. The Gorgonzola cheese flavor was light, and did not over power the steak. YUMMMMM!!!
