I finally weighed myself on Friday, and I received good news.. I have lost 4 pounds since Tuesday morning :o) WOW. That is really nice and good news. I still cant' really tell where I lost the 4 pounds, but now I have 6 more pounds to lose. I have been exercising more each week, so I hope that will help with my weigh loss and toning up my legs. I went on a bike ride last night around the neighborhood, and my thighs were burning since we have some decent size hills.
Bikini season and Muddy Buddy race are right around the corner, and I want to be prepared!!!
