New Orleans Pictures

I love all of the detail the buildings have! Plus the majority of the porches have large healthy plants hanging off of the side.

Bourbon Street
This was a crushed rose on the sidewalk in front of a bar on Bourbon Street.

The Saint Louis cathedral in the French Quarter

This was the first time we went inside of the Saint Louis cathedral. It was a beautiful church. One interesting fact that we learned was that there were about 100 souls buried beneath the alter. They were all associated with the church. It is now sealed so nobody else can be laid to rest under the alter.
This was behind the church at night.

We took this outside of a visitors center in the French Quarter. I love the brick wall behind us.

One place we love to eat at is Clover Grill. They have really good cheap food, and their menu is funny. Check out what they have beneath the "Clover Weenie".

This lone beer cap was sitting all by it's self on part of the board walk near the Mississippi. Abita is a tasty beer!!

Jim was pondering what to order at Clover Grill. His final choice was a cheese burger with bacon and jalapenos!

This was a street a couple of blocks off of Bourbon. There were a lot of antique stores with beautiful products!

I took this right after dusk near our favorite bar on Bourbon Street. I love the color of the sky and the dark contrast of the buildings and trees.
