I attempted to make a blueberry coffee bundt cake last night, but my recipe failed me. I should have known better when there was no flour in the recipe but I made it anyway. It started off looking like it was going to be good, but the end result was a mushy blueberry mess. Jim did try it out and said it tasted good but I still dumped the mush. I'm going to attempt another blueberry coffee cake tonight... I hope I have better results!
